Omar Becerra, a Cuban born, hair and make-up artist has an artistic visionary eye to bring out your best. 

 

He has been a licensed cosmetologist in Florida since 1984, and California since 2002.

 

He has owned and operated three successful salons in the Palm Beach area.

 

He is an award winner in hair color competitions, also a former Trainer- Adviser and Platform Artist, for Matrix Corporation a leading company in the beauty industry. 

 

His work has been featured in numerous publications, including;
